I am a certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who graduated from New York University. Prior to that I worked primarily in critical care,  working in the ICU in Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for over 10 years. Following graduation as a PMHNP I completed a fellowship in community psychiatry with a federally qualified health clinic (Community Healthcare Network) servicing low-income and uninsured New Yorkers. I continued to work with this organization for 3 years post-graduation from the fellowship. I became interested in perinatal psychiatry when I completed a rotation at Zucker Hillside Hospital while training as a psychiatric nurse practitioner and it was there I met Rebecca Feldman, CNM, PMHNP, who was my supervisor. I have completed several post graduate psychotherapy courses and I am interested in providing both therapy and medication management to my patients.
