I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My path into mental health care began through my work as a registered nurse in community and international health, where I spent over a decade supporting individuals and families through periods of transition and vulnerability.
One of the most formative roles in my nursing career was with the Nurse-Family Partnership, a home visiting program for first-time mothers. There, I developed a deep appreciation for the therapeutic power of relationships and became passionate about supporting parents and families through the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
I completed my MSN at Hunter College and my clinical training at Brooklyn Parent Support and Weill Cornell’s Women Reproductive Psychiatry.
I offer both medication management and therapy, with a focus on perinatal and reproductive mental health. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered—grounded in the belief that healing begins in a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered.
